Abbott House Sumner Bed and Breakfast : The Suite

The Suite in our Sumner Bed and Breakfast features a spacious lounge, with dining table and chairs, sofa, and a "down under trundler" king single bed with another single bed beneath that can be set up at the same height and alongside the king single. It also includes a TV and DVD player.

The bedroom includes a luxurious king-sized bed that can be made up as 2 single beds, and an antique wardrobe.

There are a fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom private to the Suite.

There is a collection of books and magazines to read, with informal book exchange should you wish to take away or leave some reading.

The central heating system includes a diesel-fired boiler and water-filled radiators. The system is under your direct control, and the easily understood timer ensures that you wake up to a warm room on a cold morning.

The Suite in our Sumner Bed and Breakfast has its own terrace area and
lawn.

There is a private entrance and off-street parking.

Charge for extra adults in the suite is $20 per person per night ($75 per week).

Charge for extra children is $10 per child per night ($50 per week).

Bookings for the studio and suite are confirmed on payment of a deposit of 20% of the total cost for the stay.

All deposits are fully refundable (in NZ$) if the cancellation is made at least one calendar month before the start of the booking. Bookings cancelled within one month are not refundable.

Where the deposit has been paid by credit card, the amount of the refund will be 95% of the deposit (to allow for the credit card commission that we will already have paid).

Payment may be made by cash, cheque, internet banking, Visa or MasterCard.
