Abbott House Sumner B&B : Studio Accommodation

The Studio features spacious sunny room, with table and chairs, TV, DVD and stereo.

The luxurious king-sized bed can be split into two single beds.

The kitchen area is compact with sink, microwave, fridge, and all the other necessities for preparing and eating a microwave meal.

The bathroom was installed in 2002, and has modern stylish whiteware, including a large shower (with good pressure).

Your own terrace area and courtyard with table and chairs, and shady arbour is what makes this sunny Sumner B&B special.

The studio is suitable for one or two persons only, but has enough room for a cot.

Bookings for the studio and suite are confirmed on payment of a deposit of 20% of the total cost for the stay.

All deposits are fully refundable (in NZ$) if the cancellation is made at least one calendar month before the start of the booking. Bookings cancelled within one month are not refundable.

Where the deposit has been paid by credit card, the amount of the refund will be 95% of the deposit (to allow for the credit card commission that we will already have paid).

Payment may be made by cash, cheque, internet banking, Visa or MasterCard.
